A robust and creative menu highlights heirloom ingredients with a modern twist a raw bar, guacamole with king crab, a la carte tacos and shareable plates like Tomahawk Ribeye and Whole Grilled Fish. Qualified Bartenders will have:
- Minimum of 3 years bartending experience in busy/high volume Metropolitan restaurants
- Knowledge of wine styles, grape varieties, and regions
- Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and recipes
- Familiarity with all major spirit categories, including agaves
- Strong knowledge of beers, styles, flavor profiles
- Ability to multi-task various responsibilities while maintaining a meticulous workstation
- Strong knowledge of tequila and mezcal, flavor profiles
- Previous restaurant experience includes high volume
- RAMP certification (highly preferred)
- Weekend availability
