A robust and creative menu highlights heirloom ingredients with a modern twist a raw bar, guacamole with king crab, a la carte tacos and shareable plates like Tomahawk Ribeye and Whole Grilled Fish. Bright agave-forward tequila and mezcal cocktails dovetail with interconnected dining rooms, eclectic interiors and legendary south-of-the-border hospitality. Qualified Bartenders will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years bartending experience in busy/high volume Metropolitan restaurants
  • Knowledge of wine styles, grape varieties, and regions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and recipes
  • Familiarity with all major spirit categories, including agaves
  • Strong knowledge of beers, styles, flavor profiles
  • Ability to multi-task various responsibilities while maintaining a meticulous workstation
  • Strong knowledge of tequila and mezcal, flavor profiles
  • Previous restaurant experience includes high volume
  • RAMP certification (highly preferred)
  • Weekend availability

Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
