Crew Member

Under the direction of the Concessions Supervisor, Crew Members play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests across various venue locations. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing friendly and efficient service, and ensuring high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Evening and weekend availability is required.

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and Active Cashier (Mobile Orders) platform to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and accountability.
• Provide friendly, inclusive, and professional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors.
• Prepare food items in accordance with location-specific recipes and standards.
• Assemble and fulfill customer orders with attention to accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace by performing routine cleaning tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all food preparation and service areas.
• Complete all required CSU and ASC trainings within designated timelines.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented, and inclusive work environment.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.
• Other Duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Respect for others, good work ethic and have a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and produce high volume and quick service .
• Must be customer oriented with good communication and organizational skills.
• Food Handler Certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Prolonged standing and walking, talking, hearing, pulling, bending, may carry forty (40) pounds of objects/material, maybe exposed to extreme noise level, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, taste or smell.
