Hours: M-F 8am 5pm Pay: $20.00/HR Location: Onsite Perinton Hills Shopping Mall, Fairport, NY Contract Length: 6 months (potential for extension) The Concierge is the first face that visitors see at companys Resource Center retail locations. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, administering incoming calls and ensuring all guests and callers are appropriately routed in a courteous and professional manner. Responsibilities: Greets and directs visitors. Manages intake sign-in and exit surveys. Schedules appointments for company representatives. Answers and routes phone calls. Performs clerical tasks (filing, data entry). Maintains resource materials in the reception area. Receives and distributes mail/deliveries. Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent experience. Receptionist or customer service experience (50+ employees). Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask.
