Dishwasher/ Prep Cook

west side costa mesa catering company is for a dishwasher/prep cook to start immediately!!!

duties include but are not limited to:
-dishwashing
-restocking/ putting everything in its place
-loading + unloading catering vans
-daily + weekly cleaning projects
-trash removal
-sweeping + mopping
-basic food prep
-putting away food deliveries
-putting away paper goods deliveries
-deep clean of kitchen
-etc.

we operate a commercial commissary NOT a restaurant so our rhythm is a bit different from a traditional restaurant.

hours are flexible .
