As part of Dine You'll be creating high-quality, fresh dishes in a professional, people-first kitchen that values teamwork, quality, and consistency.If you're excited about fresh ingredients, structured hours, and working with a great team this could be the perfect role for you.About the roleConfident in lone working and managing the night shiftCreating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients, with care and consistency.Supporting the Sous and Head Chef with service, menu delivery, and day-to-day operations.Assisting with training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen assistants.Maintaining excellent food hygiene and allergen control (HACCP knowledge essential).Keeping your work area clean, organised, and service-ready at all times.
