Perks Competitive wages, great benefits including: medical, dental, 401k, flexible spending, paid time off and more the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel is seeking an energetic and dynamic Front Desk Agent to assist with checking guests in an out of the hotel, assist guests with inquiries, problems and complaints, and be responsible for receiving guests' payments and for balancing cash at end of shift. Front Desk Agent will become familiar with the hotel layout, be up to date with special offers, understand the in-house restaurant's operation to facilitate guests' dining reservations and to make recommendations, and make sure keys are handed back on guests' departure. To ensure success, Front Desk Agent will be professional and pleasant in challenging situations, and take responsibility for satisfaction of guests from arrival to departure. Preferred candidates will be positive, pro-active and be skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.500 to $18.00 per hour based on experience level Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
