**MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

- Experience using floor stripping/buffing/refinishing products and equipment is a plus

- Ability to handle physical workload

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills

**DESCRIPTION**

As a Janitor, you will provide janitorial/custodial/general maintenance services, including the following tasks:

- Adhering to facility cleaning schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, as needed) for identified locations, systems, surfaces, and other features present.

Additionally, a Janitor will be expected to:

- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs

- Perform routine maintenance tasks

- Organize custodial closets and spaces

- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

**OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Must pass a drug screen

- Must pass background investigation

- No teleworking options
