Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled craft bartender ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities in closing operations while maintaining the highest standards of bar performance, hospitality, andanization.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages with precision and consistency
Provide excellent customer service and build genuine rapport with guests
Act as the closing bartender responsible for:
Shutting down the restaurant at the end of service
Checking out servers and fellow bartenders and ensuring all financial paperwork is accurate
Counting and reconciling the cash drawer and deposits
Securing and closing down the restaurant for the day
Ensure all standards are met behind the bar, including:
Recipe builds and cocktail accuracy
Sequence of service and hospitality standards
Cleanliness, sanitation, andanization of the bar area
Collaborate with the team to maintain seamless and efficient bar operations
Uphold and promote a culture of hospitality excellence and accountability
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a craft bartending role with leadership potential or prior closing responsibilities
Strongmunication,anizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and cleanliness
Positive, can-do attitude with amitment to hospitality and operational excellence
Availability for weekend and late-night closing shifts is required
