Brasserie 19 Seeks Experienced Caraft Bartender

Brasserie 19 in River Oaks is in search of an experienced craft bartender. At least 2 years experience in fine dining and craft cocktail service. Wine & spirits knowledge is required. Previous experience with French cuisine & French wine is a plus. You must be motivated & have the ability to excel in a fast paced, high-volume environment. This is not an entry level position. Only serious applicants need . Must be able to exude exceptional hospitality skills at all times. Full & Part-Time positions available.

Ability to deliver outstanding service in a fine-dining atmosp

Working knowledge of all menu items, ingredients & preparations

Knowledge of extensive wine list & cocktail menu selections

Ability to recognize regular guests

Work well in a fast paced environment

Ability to multi-task under pressure

Ability to provide a consistent, high quality, craft cocktail experience in a high volume environment
