Part Time with potential to turn into Full Time

Brooklyn's Down South is an upscale casual full service restaurant and bar that features a menu inspired by classic Southern, Cajun/Creole, Texan and interior Mexican style dishes. We are a scratch kitchen and bar with a core menu as well as daily and weekly specials along with a few seasonal items. We are an established and growing business are looking for qualified candidates that are able and willing to perform the following duties:

- Greet and Serve Customers, while providing warm and friendly service with positive attitude

- Have in depth knowledge of food and bar

- Work as part of a team

- Be able to take and input order, expo/run food, and bus tables

- Must have craft bar experience and serving experience

We are looking for candidates with Outgoing and Vivacious personalities to build strong reports with our customers and develop a regular customer base. We want employees who are motivated and excited to sell and food and drinks while creating a lively and vibrant atmosp that keeps people wanting toe back time and time again
