OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES : This position is responsible for the cleaning of a multi-purpose office building. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS :

Floor Care (Knowledge of buffer machines and Floor Scrubbers helpful).
Responsible for keeping the restrooms cleaned, sanitized, and stocked
Trash and recyclables
Carpet Cleaning (Use of carpet extractor)
Clean all windows
Light Painting/repairs
Vacuuming/dusting
Keep walkways free of snow, ice and debris
Perform other duties as assigned
Communicate effectively, openly and honestly, with staff and leaders on a consistent basis

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: This position will assist with any office moves or special cleaning projects as directed by supervisor QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES :

Great attention to details
Multi-tasker
Able to quickly asses and react to situation requiring a custodial remedy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Previous experience in the janitorial field preferably in an office/industrial setting
Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
