General Maintenance Repair Worker

The General Maintenance Repair position supports the maintenance and repair of the Norcross Parts Distribution Center's facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of general maintenance tasks, respond to facilities-related requests, and ensure a safe, functional, and customer-focused environment. Must be willing to work a Monday-Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and painting

• Support facility upkeep and grounds maintenance

• Complete preventative maintenance and repair work with accuracy and quality

• Assist with meeting setups and special projects

• Respond to customer service requests and emergencies, including after-hours rotation

• Use desktop and mobile tools to manage work orders and assignments

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of facilities or maintenance experience in a warehouse setting

• Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, and painting; proficient with hand/power tools

• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Comfortable working at heights and lifting 50 lbs. and maneuvering up to 100 lbs.

• Willing to work overtime, including evenings and weekends

• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Microsoft Teams

• Experience with work order management systems preferred

• Solid commitment to safety and customer service
