Job DetailsWe are opening a brand-new restaurant in located in Downingtown, PA. We are hiring for a Lead Bartender who will echo these core values while overseeing the daily duties of tending bar:

We are hiring all FOH positions at this time.
Our ideal bartending candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Must be 21+.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess guest's needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check guest identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum availability would require 4 shifts a week including weekend availability
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- RAMP certification required for employment
- Must be 21+
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
