A Steward or Dishwasher is a key member of the culinary team and is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. The Steward will also serve as a liaison between the Culinary and the Event Services team from food plating assistance to delivering hot boxes and other equipment to the correct location in the building at the proper times. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate to heavy amount of weight. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.

Wage Information\:

The salary range for this position is $20.90 to $27.17. The starting hourly rate is $20.90 Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications and education.
