THE JOB:

Your role as a Housekeeping Specialist is to deliver memorable guest experiences. With a warm smile and attentive service, we ensure guests feel welcomed and valued. By truly understanding their individual stories and requirements, we take ownership of their experience, striving to create unforgettable memories that extend far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING RATE: $21.5061 hourly

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Replace out of order vacuum with one in working order, repair out of order vacuums with minor problems

• Complete preventive maintenance for Guest Room Attendant and House Persons vacuum cleaners

• Deliver all vacuums with motor or electrical problems to Facilities for repair, remove repaired vacuums from Facilities

• Replace energy saving light bulbs on lamps as assigned

• Perform monthly recheck of expiration date on hand fire extinguishers that are located throughout the hotel

• Handle two-way communication radio, and respond to beeper for incoming calls

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends

• Six (6) months p rior housekeeping experience is a plus

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is a plus

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
