Full-Time Line Cook Wanted Award-Winning BBQ Restaurant

This Lil Piggy is looking for a full-time experienced Line Cook to join our busy, high-energy kitchen! We serve up award-winning BBQ, have been featured on TV, and are known across the island for our Texas-style brisket, Broke Da Mouth beans, and bold island flavors. You can also catch us slinging plates at farmers markets all over Oahu!

What Were Looking For:

3+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen

Able to lift 50 lbs easily (meat, rice, prep supplies, etc.)

Strong grill, smoker, fry, and prep skills (willing to train if you don't know certain things)

Reliable, focused, and ready to hustle

Positive attitude and team playerno drama, just ono food and good vibes

Job Details:

Full-time schedule: Thursday to Sunday, 7:30am 4:30pm

Extra shifts available for the right person (events, catering, markets)

Must be comfortable with large-batch cooking and BBQ techniques
