Responsibilities:
-Prepare your station for service (mis en place, stock checks).
-Cook and plate dishes efficiently and consistently in a high-energy, detail-oriented kitchen.
-Always manage high kitchen standards.
Requirements:
-A passion for seafood and creating memorable dishes.
-2+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
-Strong understanding of cooking temperatures and food safety regulations.
-Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills during peak service.
-FoodSafe Level I Certificate.
-A culinary degree, diploma, or equivalent training and experience.
