Strong Line Cook / Shift Leader

Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Were looking for a talented, high-performing Line Cook to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This is not just a cooking job its a leadership role.

As a Shift Leader/Key Holder, youll work alongside our crew while helping to manage and motivate the team during busy shifts. If you excel on the line, thrive under pressure, and know how to keep tickets flying out fast and clean, we want to hear from you.

Position Details:
Full-Time: 40 hours/week
Pay: $20/hour
Shifts: Must have open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
Run the line and expedite tickets efficiently and accurately
Maintain high standards of quality, speed, and cleanliness
Assist in managing kitchen staff during shifts
Open or close the restaurant as a key holder
Support prep, stocking, and line setup
Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH staff

Requirements:
2+ years experience on the line in a fast-paced restaurant
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable, organized, and able to lead by example
ServSafe or food handler certification a plus
