Dishwashing:

Loading and unloading dishes, utensils, and cookware into and out of dishwashers.

Washing dishes by hand when necessary.

Ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.

Dish Area Maintenance:

Maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area, including the storage of clean items.

Keeping the dish area free of clutter and debris.

Sweeping and mopping floors as needed.

Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles.

Assisting with Other Kitchen Tasks:

May be required to assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing vegetables or prepping ingredients.

May be required to unload deliveries, stock supplies, or set up the dining room.

May be required to help with other duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen manager.
