You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services. Schedule: Tuesdays - Thursdays, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Pay: $18.00 an hour Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Assist in food preparation and presentation of catering events, following established recipes and portion control guidelines. Support chefs and kitchen staff in daily operations, ensuring timely set up and breakdown of catering services. Monitor inventory levels and assist in the ordering of supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is a plus, but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Ability to push/lift 50 lbs. and to be on feet 80%. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. #indMMIS
