The Front Desk Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the front desk to ensure guests receive exceptional service. This role works under the supervision of the Front Desk Manager to carry out check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and routine front office tasks. The assistant helps maintain brand standards while delivering a welcoming and professional experience to all guests.

Welcome guests cordially and professionally upon arrival and departure.
Assist with registrations, departures, room adjustments, and guest needs.
Offer precise details about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
Handle guest queries or issues and escalate unresolved matters to the Front Desk Manager or supervisor.
2. Assistance for Front Desk Operations
Adhere to correct procedures for room allocations and key distribution.
Keep the front desk and lobby areas tidy and well-organized.
Support in overseeing daily arrivals, departures, and special requirements.
Ensure precise input of guest information and billing details in the system.
3. Team Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate effectively with other front desk personnel and departments such as housekeeping and maintenance.
Report guest concerns, maintenance issues, or unusual incidents to the Front Desk Manager.
Participate in continuous training sessions and adhere to all hotel policies and Hilton brand standards.
Maintain a professional demeanor and behavior at all times.
4. Administrative & Daily Responsibilities
Assist in managing cash, credit card transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliations under supervision.
Arrange and manage guest materials like room keys, welcome packets, and invoices.
Replenish front desk supplies and inform the manager when stock is running low.
Complete assigned checklists and shift duties thoroughly and punctually.
