Who we are:

Murray's Tavern is a laid back New York style tavern on the East side of Austin. We are focused on genuine hospitality, well-crafted and well-rounded drinks, and delicious food. As a tavern, we are focused on great experiences for our guests and afortable place to celebrate all parts of life.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for someone to round out our bar team! Our bar is larger at 26 seats, and service can bring a lot of different challenges. We need someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, and adaptable. A friendly attitude and a great work ethic are a must. We all work as a team and would love someone who is willing to go with the flow and get their hands dirty. A wide range of bartending experience is preferred, as well as a willingness to work solo or as part of a larger team.

Qualifications:

2+ years of high volume cocktail experience

Great work ethic

A positive attitude and a calm demeanor through busy service

Passion for hospitality, food, and spirits

Punctual, clean, andanized

Kindness and willingness to learn

Adaptability in an ever changing environment

TABC & Food Handler Certification

Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and guiding them through their experience

Uphold service standards and work as a team

Maintain cleanliness,anization, and efficiency behind the bar

Setting up or breaking down the bar and restaurant

Provide warm and inviting service to our guests

Follow drink recipes and create well balanced cocktails in a fast paced environment
