We are building a pool of qualified candidates for future opportunities within our Food & Beverage team.

Do you have a friendly personality? Can you walk or stand for an 8 hour shift? Are you someone who enjoys interacting with people? If you would like to be on a team of Great People delivering great service, we may have just the opportunity for you!

The job involves:

• Taking and serving guest beverage orders in a timely manner in a fast-paced high volume environment
• Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guests needs
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Carrying a drink tray throughout your shift
• Maintaining a clean floor section and ensuring areas are free of glassware
• Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 6 - 12 months experience in food & beverage
• Smart Serve Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
