SERVPRO Restoration Services of Pulaski & Laurel Counties is looking for a Dispatcher who can exemplify the following roles and responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (FNOL)
• Perform excellent customer service
• Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
• Dispatch leads to appropriate management team
• Analyze dispatch report
• Help coordinate on-call schedule
• Perform general administration
• Be a great team member that lends a hand anytime she/he can

Compensation:

• Starting pay rate $15/hour
• Hours 10:00am-6:00pm
• Benefits include: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement plan

Please note that as business needs change you may be asked to assist with other tasks or duties

• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Ability to use Microsoft Suite of products, as well as internal cloud-based systems

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
