Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is looking to hire a Groundskeeper for our property.
Job Description: The Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the hotel pool area. They must be able to provide excellent customer service to guests and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Responsibilities:- Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations.
- Provide towels and other amenities to guests.
- Clean and maintain the pool area, including the pool deck, chairs, and umbrellas.
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
