This Role may be a fit for you if you: Have strong communication skills Enjoy using technology to complete tasks (reservation software, text messaging, email and multiline phone) You want to be paid well for your talent with competitive compensation and paid vacation time Quarterly bonus on retail sales Feel excited about the opportunity to collaborate with other people You like working and are available for retail hours (evenings, weekends, some holidays, and special events) You love the feeling of making someones day better Responsibilities: Demonstrate and foster a culture of positivity Arrive to the salon looking fashionable with a great attitude Achieving a great first and last impression for our guests Accurately make reservations and process the guests payment Rebook and recommend retail products to each guest Becomes proficient in using all salon technology Help to keep a positive atmosphere by interacting with guests and collaborating with team members Work to maintain a clean and refreshing environment for all guests Our team lifts you up and inspires you. Cutting Loose is a full-service hair salon specializing in the French hair-cutting technique and the French Balayage highlighting technique. Developed in Paris, this posh approach designs the haircut to compliment the unique shape head and frame of the face. This personalized method of hairdressing creates wash and wear hair where the results are soft, sexy and feminine with several looks to each style. Balayage is the French method of painting highlights onto the hair. Unlike foil highlights, the technique disguises unwanted re-growth lines and creates a more natural, sophisticated, and dimensional look.
