Serve guests, meeting and exceeding their service standards and expectations, while adhering to direction from management to maintain a positive work environment ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Provide support for bartenders and servers; assist in cleanliness and production needs of the bar.

Responsibilities
  • Pick up daily requisitions, ensure that all items are properly recorded and put all items away in the designated areas
  • Cut fruit and stock all condiments as needed
  • Maintain organization of outlet wine store- room and keg room
  • Complete all assigned cleaning duties, keep all storage areas cleaned and organized
  • Ensure all stations at Fifty 6 degrees are completely clean and set-up before opening and at the end of each shift
  • Assist bartenders with basic drink needs (includes pouring beer and wine, but not preparation of mixed or blended alcoholic drinks)
  • Assist servers in cleaning/bussing tables during cocktail hours
  • Supply ice as needed
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
Qualifications
  • Availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior Food & Beverage experience in a lounge or bar setting preferred
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage etiquette, guest relations, and service standards
  • Current WA State Food Handlers Permit
  • Current WA State Liquor License
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently to interact with guests
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
