Customer Service Specialist

Job Description : In this role you will: -Be customer focused, able to multi-task in a high volume community counseling center -Answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling client appointments -Setting up charts, filing, archiving, purging charts, and billing for medical services visits -Registering new clients for services -Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications : The ideal candidate will: -Have a minimum 1 year in a clerical support role -Have computer skills and experience working with electronic health records -Possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills -Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
