Job Description
- Serves as the "first and last impression" of Parx Casino, and provides gracious, helpful, quick and attentive service to all customers. Adheres to all Parx Casino service and operating standards.
- Remains standing and ready to serve arriving/departing guests in the valet parking area at all times (except when on approved break).
- Warmly welcomes arriving customers, and completes a vehicle inspection form, noting any existing marks, dents or damage to the vehicle.
- Provides customer with claim ticket, and highlights any special events, promotions or information about the property.
- Assists with key dispatch functions as assigned.
- Consistently meets established speed and safety standards when parking and retrieving customer vehicles in accordance with established procedures.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to run, walk, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, push, pull, lift, and carry weight for a full 8 hour shift.
- Must have valid drivers license. Must be able to operate both automatic and manual vehicles.
- Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required. Must be able to comprehend spoken English.
