Responsible for taking payments from vehicles prior to being parked, in addition to directing guests into open spots and exits
Requirements:
• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Help customers navigate to the desired parking spots
• Serve as the first point of contact for all questions related to parking and Casino Pier
• Patrol parking lot on foot throughout shift to ensure all needs are met
• Perform maintenance tasks such as trash pickup
• Evaluate parking to ensure optimal utilization of area and maintain safety of all guests
Qualifications/Skills
• Knowledge of general parking practices and procedures
• Skill in basic math
• Skill in courteous communication with public
• Skill in accurate exchange of coins and currency
• Skill in following verbal and written instructions
Expected hours of work:
Friday and Saturday 4pm- close
Due to the nature of our business, days off are not permitted from May- August.
