Table Games Dealer - Part Time (Horseshoe Hammond)

SIGN ON BONUS TO ELIGIBLE NEW HIRES

• 25% after 30 days
• 25% after 90 days
• 50% after 180 days *must be within good attendance standing

One Major game: $4500

Two Major games: $5000

Two Major games: (with craps) $6000

Three Major games (no craps): $6500

Three Major games (and one of the three is craps): $8000

All major games (with craps): $8000

RATE OF PAY: $7.50+ per hour ($9 minimum per hour with Craps or 4 major games) , (based on game knowledge) + Tips (approximately $17-$20 per hour)

Status: Part-Time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deal games, payout winnings, exchange currency for chips and inform guests of game rules. Change over deck of cards or dice, inspect and mix cards. Verify bank roll fills with the supervisor and security personnel. Ensure protection of game; maintain continuous inspection of cards or dice, ensure betting in compliance with gate rules and minimums set. Close game, sort cards, balance rack, count chips, and sign off with the supervisor. Must have excellent guest service skills. Other duties as assigned.

• Must be 21 years of age or older

Professional dealing experience required and must have at least one of the following combinations of game knowledge:

• One major game and at least one minor game offered at the Horseshoe (Horseshoe will teach you a minor game if you dont already know one)
• Two major games offered at the Horseshoe (Horseshoe may be willing to teach you a second major game if you only know one)
• Any combination of four currently offered at the Horseshoe
• Major Games are currently: Live Poker, Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Minor Games are currently: Three Card Poker, I Luv Suits, Ultimate Texas, Mississippi Stud, Pai Gow Poker, and Spanish 21 Blackjack
