Schedule: Part-Time , 11PM - 7AM

As a Night Auditor , your responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts and process invoices . You will be accountable for the accurate balances of the front desk cash drawers and reporting discrepancies to resort accounting/ management along with any explanation of these discrepancies. Work together with security to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests. Dealing with incidents and guest needs during third shift and reporting to management any resort issues that need to be addressed.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or Front Desk in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and resort operations
• Must be able to work independently and overnight
• Friendly, professional and calm demeanor
