Description: Building Night Custodian

Job Summary: Perform general cleaning duties in and around school buildings; vacuum, scrub, wax, buff, and sweep floors; perform minor maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating, ventilation, and electrical equipment; set up tables, chairs, and other equipment for events; provide entry and access to school buildings during events; secure buildings following events; distribute supplies to offices upon delivery; remove snow from outside grounds during winter months and other grounds maintenance tasks.

Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three - six months of related previous experience

License Requirements: Special Engineer License preferred not required.

Assignment: Perform general cleaning duties in and around school buildings; perform minor maintenance tasks; set up for events; shovel snow as needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
