Position: Part time Groundskeeper

Location: The Grove by the River - 840 Hollander St. Newark, OH 43055

Pay: $13.00/hr.

Schedule: Flexible

Up to 40 hours per week in summer months. Part-time in winter months

A Successful applicant will.

• Have experience in lawn care as well as Janitorial
• Can work without direct supervision
• Possess great customer service skills
• Work independently as well as with a team
• Have the knowledge to perform repairs and maintenance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen which includes THC
• A Valid Ohio Driver License with clean driving record
• Have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job. Be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
