Creative Dining Services is seeking a part time Guest Service Representative for the Haworth Hotel on the campus of Hope College, in Holland, Michigan. The Haworth Hotel, a 48 room boutique hotel, is located at the heart of Holland’s historic downtown district and Hope College’s lively campus, welcoming people worldwide for conferences, vacation stays, meetings and more.

The ideal candidate will pride themselves in great customer service skills, organization, multi-tasking, and have a desire to provide our guests with an exceptional experience throughout their stay. Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift throughout the week and rotating weekends.

Core Responsibilities:

• Greet and register guests
• Acts as concierge for all hotel and conference guests
• Answers phone to take registrations, cancellations, and provide general information
• Performs general administrative tasks
