We are seeking a skilled Slot Technician to join our technical operations team. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing gaming machines through comprehensive training and direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gaming machines to ensure optimal functionality and performance
• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Execute electronic repairs and collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical matters
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and technical procedures according to established protocols
• Utilize two-way radio communication to coordinate with floor staff and management
• Stay current with industry developments and new slot machine technologies

This position requires attention to detail and technical proficiency in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older as per legal requirements
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in gaming machine mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions
• Strong understanding of electronic repair and maintenance procedures

Experience and Education (One of the following):

• Minimum one year of slot machine repair experience
• Completion of an accredited slot repair technical program

Technical Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and testing procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to perform maintenance tasks requiring stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Physical capacity to safely push, pull, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 80 pounds

Additional Requirements:

• Must obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills
