The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

  • A team player who excels in a fun, fast-paced environment while following brand standards as well as safety/sanitation standards

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

  • Standing on feet
  • Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
  • Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product
  • Working in a small space

Shifts-

Opening Shift: 4am-12pm

Mid. Shift: 7am-3pm

Closing Shift: 10am-6pm
