JOB SUMMARY:
Provides fast,friendly, professional beverage service to Showroom guests
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
Utilizes the Spotlight on Service Skills to delight the guest by delivering service with an upbeat & positive attitude and building great relationships
Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drink, and carries full 15 drink trays on every round to present to guest.
Maintains a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
Operates a cash register/POS System, rings proper amount into the register and gives the guest or server the correct change; account for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to establishment procedure; maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.
Serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relation functions; appears in publicity photos
Provides personalized service using guest name and checks for satisfaction to resolve guest or services issues
Qualifications:EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma preferred
Prefer previous knowledge in Beverage with demonstrated success working in a guest contact position
QUALIFICATIONS:
Literate and fluent in English
Must be 21 years of age
Excellent customer service/communication skills
Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
Must be able to obtain Care Card from approved Care Training provider
PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
Must be able to lift and carry a tray up to 20 lbs. for extended periods of time.
Capable of reaching above and below the shoulder, grip small items (i.e., pens, money, garnishes), bend stoop and twist while preparing beverages; stand and walk for up to four hours;
Mobility skills to move quickly and easily around noisy high-volume establishment
Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may berequired to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with theirduties, and may be subject to the same environment.
