POSITION OVERVIEW:
Prepare foods for patient room service trays and non-select patient meals. Responsible for the preparation of all foods necessary for cafeteria meals, catering events, or carry-out items. Will be responsible to work all positions expected of the Food Service Worker.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency
- Should be familiar with modified diets and be or be able to become Serv-Safe certified.
- Prefer some experience in volume cooking in health care service.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Reports to Food & Nutrition Manager, Food & Nutrition Assistant Manager, or Dietitian
