Responsible for pre-event pull sheets, room set up, and post event clean-up for all catered events. Light food preparation and plate up for events is required. Completes all HACCP, documentation for hot and cold food holding and service, and when applicable in time in lieu of temperature documentation. Assist with all operations including both front and back of the house, working with the supervision team in preparation, service, or any related task regarding café, concessions, banquets, and events.

Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous Experience:
One of the following is required:
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment
• Minimum of one year food service experience
• Enrolled in Culinary School

Other Special Training/Skills:
1. Ability to read, write and speak English.
2. Possesses a basic knowledge of math.
