Bell Captain

Location: Marriott Phoenix Airport

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bell Captain to join our team at our hotel in Phoenix, AZ. The Bell Captain will be responsible for overseeing the bell staff, assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. Bell Captain, will oversee the bell staff and report to Front Desk Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the bell staff
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage
  • Provide information about the hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Ensure that guest luggage is handled safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized bell stand area
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Transport Guest to and From Airport
  • Assist guests with special requests
  • Responsible for general maintenance of hotel shuttles.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be able to lift heavy luggage
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions
  • Must Have Valid Drivers License
