Hospitality aide

JOB PURPOSE:

Provides cleaning services to provide a safe sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for residents, staff and the public. Hospitality aide services provided are in accordance with facility policies and procedures and consistent with state and federal laws and regulations to maintain an environment that enhances the quality of life for residents

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Help Residents to activities

2. Help Residents be engaged in activities

3. Empties trash cans, cleans exterior, cleans interior, and replaces with a clean can liner

4. Help with passing trays by CMS regulations .

5. Help CNA's answer call lights .

6. Help with simple tasks residents need that does not require a certification such as passing Ice water or get a snack .

7. Follows infection control standards.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

None, on-the-job training is provided

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
