We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment for our employees, clients, and visitors. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Clean windows, doors, and fixtures to maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain and sweep outdoor areas, such as entryways and walkways.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning supplies and equipment properly.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept in good working order and is regularly maintained.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleaning and safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety precautions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
