What You'll Do
Works to ensure offices, patient/guest rooms, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
- Performing daily scheduled floor care to prevent the spread and growth of harmful bacteria in the hospital and to maintain a safe, clean and attractive environment.
- Transports cleaning equipment and laundry.
- Provides daily cleaning and replenishing of supplies to patient and resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, exam rooms and other areas of the facilities.
- Helps maintain housekeeping closets and supplies.
- Maintains a daily facility care schedule and ensures a safe and sanitary environment.
- Operates commercial vacuums, sweepers, trash/utility carts.
- Moves equipment and furniture as needed to perform duties.
- May be required to cross train with other members of the Environmental Services team.
- Must wear proper PPE as needed.
Who We're Looking For
Courses or experiences showing commitment, reliability, or work ethic
A valid driver’s license and clean DMV record is required.
At least one-year floor care experience preferred.
What We Offer
- $15.00 - $21.00 Dependent on experience may vary outside this range
- Additional $2.00 - $4.00 an hour for additional weekend and night shifts
