Description: Taylor Community is currently hiring an experienced Preventative Maintenance Technician to performs a variety of semi-skilled preventive maintenance services throughout Taylor Community buildings and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs semi-skilled tasks that may include, but are not limited to:

• Plumbing

• Electrical

• Appliances

• Carpentry

• Painting (interior and exterior; sheetrock repair)

• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)

• Performs facility inspections, safety checks, and annual preventive maintenance (PM) checks.

• Assists with snow removal as required.

Total Compensation: We offer competitive wages and benefits, including:

• Full-time hourly position
• Health, dental, and vision insurance for under $100 per month

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Facility/Building Maintenance or technical field.
• Ability to provide work references
• Strong dedication to customer service and ability to work independently
