EssentialFunctions:

Ensuresthat all guest contact is courteous, informative and thorough.

Responsiblefor posting charges, settling folios for individuals, groups and due-outscommunicated through Housekeeping.

Receivescash, credit cards and comps in payment, obtaining proper approval andauthorization.

Maintainsan operating bank, renders bills and issues change. Provides reservations for Casino/Hotelguests, which includes restaurants and special events.

Ensuresthe timely deliver of all messages, mail and packages left for guests anddepartments within the Hotel/Casino.

Isresponsible for the control of safe deposit transactions.

Worksclosely with hosts to ensure that all complimentary and amenity offerings areprovided consistent with the agreed upon arrangements.

Empowered to ensure guestsproblems/complaints are resolved in a prompt, courteous and efficientmanner.

Maintainsknowledge of Hotel, Community and Special Events to provide guests withsuperior service.

Demonstratesa positive and enthusiastic demeanor to guests, both internal and external atall times.

Audits thework of the other GSRs.

Any and allother duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Physical,Mental & Environmental Demands:

Must be able towork independently.

Must be able tostand for prolonged periods of time, 6 8 hrs.

Must be able tomaneuver from floor to floor either by stairways (a minimum of 20 steps) or by elevator.

Responds tovisual and aural cues.

Must be fluentand literate in English.

Must be able tostoop, bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry a minimum of25 lbs.

Must have themanual dexterity to key in data, grab, grip, hold, tear, cut, sort and reach.

Must be able totolerate areas containing second hand smoke, dust, loud noises and brightlights.

Must be able towork nights, holidays and weekends.
