Laundry Attendant

Job Type: Part-Time \$16/ Hour 3 pm to 7 pm Monday through Wednesday3-7pm Occasional weekends 1-5pm Starting rate is 16/Hr The LaundryAttendant is responsible for ensuring that all laundry operations areconducted efficiently and accurately. This includes folding laundry,creating and managing service tickets, ensuring outgoing items are neatand properly organized, and providing excellent customer service at thecounter. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail andthe ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.Key Responsibilities Folding Laundry: Neatly fold laundry items such asclothes, linens, and other fabrics. Ensure all items are folded to thecompany\'s standards, maintaining a high-quality presentation forcustomers. Create and manage service tickets for incoming and outgoinglaundry. Verify that each ticket corresponds accurately with customeritems and orders. Conduct checks to ensure all laundry items arecleaned, folded, and packaged correctly. Organize and prepare completedorders for pick-up or delivery, ensuring they are neat and correctlylabeled. Greet and assist customers at the counter, addressing theirinquiries and providing information about services. Handle customertransactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient service.Accurately tag and mark items for dry cleaning to ensure proper handlingand processing. Maintain an organized system for tracking itemsthroughout the cleaning process. Requirements: Ability to stand forextended periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting and foldinglaundry.
