About the Role:

Think of yourself as the ultimate mood booster. As a Hospitality Aide, you'll help create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere for our residents. Whether you're lending a hand with meals, making beds with extra fluff, or simply sharing a laugh in the hallway, YOU make the difference.

No certification? No problem! We provide the training. Just bring your kindness, a team spirit, and comfy shoes. After a period of monitored employment, we have the ability to send you to school to receive your STNA certification!

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Assisting residents with non-medical needs (think TLC, not TV drama)

• Tidying rooms to hotel-level standards of cozy

• Helping with meals, passing ice, and snacks

• Being a friendly, familiar face who brightens everyone's day
