We are looking for a talented and experienced bartender to join our team. Position Overview: The bartemder will be responsible for creating and executing an elevated cocktail menu that blends the timeless sophistication of Prohibition-style drinks with creative wood-fired elements. As a key player in the front-of-house team, the bartender will oversee the bar's day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and customer experience. This role requires someone who is passionate about mixology, leadership, and creating an unforgettable drinking experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute a craft cocktail menu that incorporates or complements wood-fired elements, with an emphasis on creative, Prohibition-era inspired drinks. Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak hours. Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining relationships with vendors. Train, motivate, and lead bar staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service and uphold the restaurant's standards. Develop and implement seasonal cocktail specials that align with the restaurant's culinary offerings. Ensure proper upkeep of bar equipment, cleanliness, and organization. Work closely with the kitchen team to pair cocktails with menu items, emphasizing or complementing wood-fired flavors. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked bar environment. Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for guests. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging mixology techniques. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience as a bartender, with a strong background in craft cocktails, beer and wine. Proven expertise in creating unique and complex cocktail menus, with experience in wood-fired or smoked cocktails a plus. In-depth knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails, with a passion for the art of mixology. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any necessary certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe). Why Join Us?
