Your day as a Housekeeper

As a Full-Time Housekeeper at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents. Your responsibilities include complying with all company policies and procedures while meticulously cleaning and sanitizing designated areas, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. You will promptly address emergency spills and high-dust areas, ensuring surfaces are spotless through thorough cleaning methods like dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Additionally, your duties will involve delivering and organizing supplies, handling linens, and managing waste responsibly. You'll also have the opportunity to assist with special cleaning projects, contributing to the overall excellence of our facility.

• Clean and sanitizes areas of responsibility according to Butterfield Trail Village and the departments policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize emergency spills as they occur.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens and other living places
• Clean high dust areas and ceiling fans, wall ledges, top of cabinets, refrigerators
• Perform thorough cleaning in assigned areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing surfaces
• Deliver and put away supplies
• Collect and transport linens (soiled and clean), trash and infectious waste
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed such as deep cleaning or seasonal task.
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with our residents, staff and visitors.
